Sustainability efforts generally unknown day to day, but can see posters discouraging printing/thinking more carefully if printing needed (seems like this has minimal impact). Appreciate there is food waste bin available in kitchen but unsure if this gets disposed properly and often mixed with other rubbish that shouldn't be there. Recycling bins available. Know of broadly targets/goals to use green energy, net zero targets etc.
We have reusable cups, and dish containers at the cafe. Recycling and waste and paper bins. Encouraged to be environmentally friendly.
Firm has many sustainability initiatives (technology like TVs and lights off after hours and weekends - lights do automatically turn back on). I believe KWM is now carbon neutral. KWM could probably be a bit more efficient with flights - this would reduce their carbon footprint (carbon neutral does not necessarily mean reduced carbon overall)
