Work culture is great! no one takes their job too seriously and we are all there to have fun. with that being said everyone takes pride in their work an is proud to work for Mars. The office will all have lunch together at 12 and you get so socialise with a wide range of people. once a month there are drinks at the bars underneath the office. The office hosts large parties for Halloween and Christmas as well as celebrate product launches and other cultural events like the Olympics, Australian open and easter
The culture is great. Everyone has great intentions and it makes for a fun social culture where you can be yourself at work.
