I think the workplace culture is one of the best aspects of the office. There is a genuine effort to hire people who contribute positively to the culture, which creates a friendly and supportive environment. I have developed great friendships through work and feel a strong sense of camaraderie within my team. The office also invests in fostering these connections through weekly Friday drinks and a range of social committee events and activities.

Partners sit close to the rest of the employees, employees are spread around the office regardless of hierarchy. Lots of opportunities to get to know colleagues and socialise both at lunch and after hours. Very close group of people and everyone both likes to have fun and socialise, while also get to work and produce high quality results. Easy to become close with anyone regardless of status.
