I have found all managers to be approachable, supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in their team's development. At no point have I felt unsupported or as though there was no one I could turn to for guidance. There are mentors and people invested in your success at every level of the firm. Managers actively provide opportunities for growth and regularly offer feedback, both formally and informally.
All very accessible and personable. They make great formal and informal mentors. They are all very authentic and open, which makes communication very easy and manageable. Lots of opportunities for career advancement that elicit praise and recognition.
We are not like other firms, our managers and even partners are extremely accessible. To the point where I will speak with my partner, directors, etc., on a daily basis.
