One of the aspects I enjoy most about the role is the variety of work. No two days are the same, with tasks ranging from report writing and financial analysis to stakeholder engagement. The diversity of the work keeps it interesting, provides constant learning opportunities, and ensures that you are always challenged.
Initially there is lots of upskilling in technical work through conducting financial viability assessments and general business development proposals and engagements. Lots of document reviewing, taking minutes in meetings. Also great opportunity to explore any area you vocalise interest.
Every day comes with different tasks and responsibilities. In general my tasks range from data cleansing and preparation, presentation of results, methodology writing and other documentation, as well as admin related tasks like email correspondence.
