The psychometric testing was fairly typical for an accounting and advisory role. However, the interview process stood out because it felt more like a genuine conversation than a traditional interview. The relaxed and natural flow of the discussion removed much of the usual pressure, which made it easier to present an authentic version of my personality and build a genuine connection with the interviewers.

My interview process differed from that of my colleagues. I was referred to the firm rather than applying through the standard recruitment process and subsequently attended a single interview with a Partner and a Director of the firm.

Very communicative and transparent and prompt.

The interview and assessment process was really straightforward. McGrathNicol communicates the entire process extremely well, and I honestly enjoyed the interview I had. From my experience, the interview was relatively informal, more or less just trying to gauge how passionate you are about the role and industry.

I was made to feel extremely comfortable and accommodated for in my interview. The people interviewing me mostly wanted to understand what I'm like as an individual rather than asking difficult, technical questions.
