The firm offers a high degree of flexibility when it comes to working arrangements. The firm is also understanding of personal commitments and generally provides employees with the autonomy to manage their schedules, provided client and team responsibilities are met.
I think the firm has a good understanding of employees' needs and is generally flexible when it comes to personal appointments and other commitments. There is an expectation that junior staff will spend most of their time in the office. In terms of working hours, the amount of time invested beyond standard office hours is largely an individual choice, although most people work additional hours, particularly during busy periods.
Quite flexible. Usually one or two days of remote work is fine, although as a junior, it is best for visibility to go in as regularly as you can. Flexible in terms of start and end time as long as you meet the daily hour expectation.
At the end of the day, we do work in professional services, so the hours can be quite long. This is especially seen when working on incident response engagements or strict deadlines. Our policy is two days remote, and 3 days onsite a week. Coming into this role, I thought that two days remote might not be enough, but I honestly love the team that I work with so I rarely ever work from home, and that is a personal choice.
A typical workday is from 8:30-5 but working hours and arrangements are very flexible. Working from home is very accepted and even encouraged if preferred, and people are very understanding if you need to adjust your working hours.
