There are lots of training opportunities, so juniors are very well supported.
Mainly inside the team
Graduate training program is good but also a bit average, eg has redundant sessions or sessions that are provided too soon in our training, it's very junior based and sometimes feels like it's targeted to high schoolers. should be less 'junior employee entering the workforce' based and more 'legal staff entering the industry' focussed. the best feedback is provided when you build a relationship with a senior who becomes a mentor, not through all the formal 'on reflection forms', 'mid-rotation check ins' and 'end of rotation feedback sessions'.
