As im an intern currently I have been offered a graduate role upon finishing uni. This process was simple I didnt have to re-interview I was approached by the grad team and offered a spot and the steps and process was once again clearly explained and any questions were answered as well as regular check ins. Once the grad program is complete there is future progression available and again detail provided on that
There are definitely some people who are able to progress and move up directly but personally I don't think everyone has been treated with the same attention.
