Clear progression and tasks to fulfill to be promoted from graduate to project engineer. there are then clear promotions after that - senior project engineer, project lead, project manager etc. experience and company to move up the ranks i can easily fulfil my career aspirations here, especially seeing as there are many different branches which are possible to be moved too.
