Managers are quite busy, but accessible and willing to provide support as required. Positive communication & feedback is provided. Fortunately I am in a project team that also provide support and mentorship, including other engineers, supervisors, admin, quality coordinators etc.
Managers are there whenever you need them and mentor and support all the time. I have only ever had the door is always open approach from all managers I have come across and they are all very willing to help you grow. The team environment follow suit as well and recognition is given for hard work etc
