The Monadelphous Graduate program is well structured and designed to provide exposure to a wide range of project engineering skills. They also organise a mentor for graduates, which is a great way to provide additional support.
As an intern i haven't really had much interaction with this space although anything you need you just have to be asked and training will be provided formally and informally. My boss provides feedback continually which helps me grow professionally.
The main source is the graduate passport, but it feels like we are given little time to work on it with out giving up our personal time, which I don't really appreciate. While it hasn't affected me the transition from one software to the new passport submission has lost some peoples work which I think really isn't on.
