They focus a lot on your learning and tries their best to give u the best exposure and experience, so u get lots out of it as a junior. In terms of rank it's harder to be promoted but title doesn't really matter here because there are employees who are in their mid 30 and are still associates but the pay is a lot higher than the rank itself
