MYOB has put a lot of work into creating an inclusive and collaborative culture. Because the values were co-created and are very front of mind it seems like a very genuine commitment. Thé culture is great both in office and after hours - people tend to be very respectful and friendly toward each other, and enjoy socialising. The culture is non hierarchical, coworkers collaborate and share resources readily with each other.
