In AI capabilities or feedback and having difficult conversations, and a range of optional opportunities like conferences, AWS and Azure certifications, etc.
Extensive curriculum, also paired with a learning buddy from previous grad cohort and a mentor. Then go into rotations, when you are also assigned a rotation mentor
Grads are assigned a mentor who spends a significant portion of their time to help in the learning process
