The end of the graduate program will result in a full time position, so job security is good. The full time position you get is very open, there are many possibilities, and it is a collaborative process to find a good fit. There are lots of opportunities to gain exposure and experience across business areas.
NAB supports our career progression and growth well. In my experience, they place us with good leaders who have an interest in mentoring you and stretching your skill set and development. They will support us in rolling off into a full time position from the program, and guarantee a job post the program. My only concerns are around the current workforce, AI and offshoring which is not specific to the company or industry.
