Workplace culture is good. Strong cooperation and teamwork. Everyone is friendly and willing to lend a helping hand when asked. People eat lunch together. The specific team I am in is small and split amongst states across Australia so not overly social, as there are not many people in each location. However, the graduates have a committee which plans events and fosters socialisation, which makes up for the lack of socialisation in my specific team. Other areas of the company have more after work socialisation. All colleagues have easy access to senior staff members. The office is open plan, which encourages collaboration and does not shut off access to senior leaders.
Workplace culture is nice at the company, especially among other grads. Lots of social functions ran by the grad committee allows lots of opportunity to connect with others
