Recruitment process was in line/similar to all other graduate programs. I found the overall graduate program recruitment process long for all companies. I understand they must narrow down for multiple applicants and test our skills as we do not have much work experience, but it could be simplified.
Overall good experience, all the interviewers were very nice.
There was an initial application followed by online assessments and online recorded interviews, finally there was an assessment centre where we interacted and completed tasks with other applicants, followed by an individual interview. It took some time to go through the process and some of the communications made it sound like the application wasn't proceeding but then receiving calls to book in interviews. Once hearing the number of applications received for this role it was understandable the time that this process would have taken to review all these applications.
