For an entry level graduate role pay is reasonable. Lower than some competitors but better job security in the long term. Access to many employee discounts which can save hundreds of dollars per year if you make the most of them
Pay is adequate for a graduate role immediately after university. - Generous leave policies (Additional week of paid annual leave if you take your 4 weeks, incentive to not roll-over/build up leave). - Site of easily accessible perks that has a corresponding app (discounts on many companies and industries) - Colleague banking benefits are good. - Private Health Insurance offers could be better. We get a very small discount on policies (3-5%), I wish there was a corporate fund.
