The early careers team hosts multiple training programs and modules throughout a well-structured graduate program. There are multiple opportunities to get further involved and apply for immersion experiences as well. Workshops and coaching pods and hosted for graduates by an external learning company, covering financial and business acumen, leadership and influencing etc. We have monthly check ins with our leaders which include graduate specific goals and development workbooks. All employees are very open and willing to schedule time to mentor and chat with graduates when they reach out.
