Flexibility of work depends on your leader. In my current team, I have the ability to work from home 2 or 3 days a week. Official work hours are 9am-5pm and I am encouraged to stick to these hours where possible.
Work hours are good. We are not expected to stay back and work crazy hours to finish projects. My leader makes sure we are not operating at 100% capacity constantly to ensure we do not burn out. Very flexible on working from home and supporting your health if you need to.
flexibility in role is really good, WFH is offered 3 days a week and 2 days in office. Flexible start and finish times allowing a start anywhere between 7:30-9:00
