Everyone is very nice and welcoming. The graduates are all very nice. There is not a feeling of hierarchy and everyone likes to help the graduates. The difficulty is that the staff presence is spread across the country, so majority of work relations are online. There will be some days where there are very few people (2-3) in my home office of Sydney which can make it a little isolating at times. There is rarely any after hours socialising in my office. Every few months we have an office morning tea or lunch which is a nice way to create some workplace culture.

Friendly and welcoming
My office has a good culture; all colleagues were very friendly and helpful from day one. Many in the Agency, including those higher up are usually very open and happy to chat with you about career pathways. Hierarchy is enforced differently in different teams.
