We have an awesome team here in the Kimberly and our directors and regional manager are very supportive and understanding.
There is typically good communication in each team. Because a lot of workers are remote/work-from-home, most communication is through Teams chats/calls and emails. Because of the APS hierarchy, you typically report, and are given work, 'up/down the line'. Sometimes, this causes confusion when this hierarchy is flaunted (eg. your supervisor's manager gives you something... do you report direct to them, or to your supervisor?), but usually only minor - especially because the culture is very collaborative. Socialising will depend on your team. Some are very social, and will plan events and chat in the office, others are very work-oriented, others still will be disconnected by nature of their remote work arrangements.
