My workplace is very diverse and Inclusive, and I fully supported the decisions made regarding my relocation. I appreciate the timeframe provided to return home and the opportunity to continue in a suitable position without having to leave NIAA.
The Agency has a very positive relationship with diversity and inclusion - with dedicated diversity networks for Women, Culturally & Linguistically Diverse, LGBTQ+, First Nations, Disabilities and Wellbeing. The Agency, and its employees, are typically very respectful, open and inclusive towards diversity. Adjustments for diverse needs are, in my experience and observation, made with little/no hassle, if the employee puts forwards their desire or need.
