The pressures and expectation from the GMU it's quite hard to plan and organise workload because were always jumping from different task.
My role is an engagement officer, so I go out into the community an oversee how a project is running with their reports and checking in with providers. We do assessments on the feedback we are given from providers which is done in FUSION.
Your day-to-day tasks will be very much determined by your team and supervisor. I have had times where I have no tasks to complete, even after informing my supervisor. Other times, I have had a constant rolling checklist week-to-week. The types of tasks will also depend on your team. I have - scheduled and completing stakeholder meetings with providers - performed assessments of grant applications, performance reports, and program plans - contributed to ministerial correspondence - compiled and analysed program data Usually most days will have lots of time allocated for meetings - with your team/branch/inter-team/inter-agency. Some days are entirely meetings. As a grad, this is partly to get exposure to as much of the agency's work as possible.
