The recruitment process is done online which made it easy to arrange a time as there were many available time slots. The recruitment process involved submitting a written piece of work, doing a group activity where you had to work through a problem, and a panel interview.
Straight forward, like any other graduate program system
Assessment felt comprehensive, but as with all government roles they feel a little excessive at times. The Agency felt they made an effort to make the recruitment process and easy going as possible.
The interview process was very different to other jobs I had applied for. It was more holistic and allowed space for casual conversation and questions which was a standout for me. I personally enjoyed the process.
