There are lots of training opportunities offered. Graduates do an induction week and then had a mid-year trip to Canberra to receive more training. Graduates have also had virtual training throughout the year which I have found to be split between being helpful and not helpful. There are lots of online training sessions offered that you could elect to do, which can be helpful.

Graduates are provided with a comprehensive suite of training staggered throughout the year. The Agency also frequently has self-paced and face-to-screen training offered for free to extend skills.
Plenty of learning and development opportunities including live learning, courses, learner challenges, group training, mentoring, coaching, feedback forms etc.
