My employer is very flexible with work from home arrangements, and you can set your own hours within the 7am-7pm period so long as you have worked your set hours.

Employer is very flexible with start and leave times, and you can tailor your hours (somewhat) to fit your lifestyle (e.g. start at 8:30, finish at 4:30). You are able to earn flex leave if you work above your fortnightly hours and this can be taken as leave at other times.
Flexible working arrangements are available such as remote work, WFH and flexible start times - supportive environment and my experience with working arrangements has been very positive and straightforward.
