Every colleague is great. Everyone wants to help each other out and you can see that people work hard here and do good work.
People are mostly friendly and helpful. There isn't much culture after hours for the business hubs because most people are remote, but there are occasional social events.
People are positive and always happy to help each other. There is a big fitness culture after hours at work to take part in i.e. running club.
Culture is by and large very good. Many more senior employees are willing to help out graduates with tasks and teach them the ropes. Main issue is that there is often poor communication and conflict between teams which hurts the culture. Additionally, there is a lot of blame that is thrown around, with people not taking responsibility for their mistakes.
