The training and development opportunities are fairly informal and unstructured. You have to be self-driven to get the most out of the grad program in terms of professional development.
Numerous external and internal training courses completed. Learnt skills to be able to work solo as within my role. Mid and end of year objectives/KPI reviews provided good coaching moments.
On site, there is a training department which assists in a lot of safety-based training, with more complex courses offered off-site for free. There is a large online training portal that has more safety and production-based training modules. Although a lot of day-to-day tasks don't have specific training modules, there is always someone in the team willing to help you out.
