It fairly has a good workplace culture, social events for staff to get to know each other, announcements to keep us informed on what is happening in the organisation. As a graduate, I find the team supportive in terms of guiding and helping you learn, Supervisors, managers, and partners are approachable.
The managers and seniors are really nice
Lighthearted, very friendly and welcoming. Drinks on a Friday is encouraged but not pressured which is nice. Events are around every month. Social hierarchy is non existent however some groups are formed naturally everyone is super friendly to each other.
The culture is friendly, supportive, and team oriented. New starters are assigned a buddy and mentor, with regular check-ins to support development. There are also opportunities to connect with partners through coffee catchups, and strong teamwork is encouraged across all levels of the firm.
