Given a buddy when you join so you never really feel alone with any mistakes or issue you may face.
Informal training is excellent. Intermediates and Seniors, even Managers always have time for questions. Formal training however feels unstructured and unsatisfactory but it doesn't really affect output as learning on the job in audit and going to client site has proven to be the best method for learning.
