The standard promotion would be from graduate to engineer to senior engineer. There are possibilities to move into more client facing roles such as associates and principals who are people that demonstrate company values. Your manager has monthly catchups with you to get an understanding of how you are going with work, and during this time you can voice any opportunities you want to dive deeper into.
