Workplace culture is great!! As mentioned, everyone is super friendly and keen to help at every stage of their career. If a person is in a higher role than you like a principle they will not make you feel less just because you dont know anything. They want to teach you and invest in your career. Everyone socialises during the day, around the coffee machines, at lunch and even at the desk. After hours everyone on Friday grabs a drink and chats about the weekend or what has happened during the week. The company also has social events every month (a social committee), there are also dedicated days where the entire office will get together and socialise.
Northrop encourages bonding. We have a section bonding day twice a year, festivals, EOFY parties, Christmas parties, internal training events, external training events. Northrop invests in a lot of time and money into a great office culture.
People are very nice and value relationships. People are keen to talk about work and non work related things and enjoy chatting.
