I think Northrop has some of the best managers around. Very communicative and respectful of time.
My immediate manager is approachable and she is always ready to carve out sometime to have a discussion and acknowledges milestones, personal wins and team wins! We get weekly updates from the wider teams and monthly updates on management decisions, targets and profits. People and projects teams get recognised during monthly/quarterly section catch ups.
