Training opportunities for those who seek it
I have picked up managing multiple tasks/projects at the same time, I was repeated given opportunities that aligned with this. I also had/have a technical expertise mentor who is my go-to-person during technical tasks. I have gradually scaled up in undertaking more complex projects. One area of improvement would be to provide more workshops and training around client communications, legal literacy, soft skills and more HR support.
