There is a real push for diverse representation at all levels and this is clearly been achieved, exceeding our targets on a number of fronts

At the junior levels (clerk, grad, associate) there seems to be a very wide range of diversity with respect to women and people of colour. At the more senior levels, there are not as many women and almost no ethnic minorities. It seems the firm is very open to senior associates and above taking maternity leave, working from home to balance child care responsibilities etc. I am not sure how this works at the junior level or whether it is as open and accepted at the junior level
