Nous has a high trust and social workplace culture. Everyone is very kind, caring, and personable. There are many opportunities to socialise after work hours, however, there is no pressure to attend. And there is no detriment to your work relationships if you do not attend. the heirarchy at nous is flat. It is clear who is more senior, has more responsibilities, and has more experience / knowledge. However, everyone's opinions and ideas are treated with equal respect. We are all treated as valued members of the project team.
