Very good culture, I think the public service attracts nice people.
The workplace culture is very welcoming and social. In the office, there are lots of team lunches and morning teas to celebrate holidays and different cultural traditions. People on my floor are really engaged and enjoy getting involved, which makes it a great opportunity to meet colleagues from other teams across the agency.
There is not much of a workplace culture in the office - the team I'm in consists of an older demographic so as a grad there isn't much socialising during and after work.
