They're very good. We are both slightly awkward, but he's been giving me a lot of feedback and praise.
My managers are very accessible and supportive, and they make great mentors. They have a strong and open communication style, which makes it easy to approach them with any questions or concerns. I feel comfortable discussing any issues, and if I’m feeling stressed, they actively work with me to provide support and help manage my workload. Performance feedback is provided regularly, both in scheduled check-ins and whenever I ask for it. There’s also a strong culture of praise and recognition, with positive feedback shared frequently, often on a weekly basis.
The managers are always accessible and take on feedback or requests if approached. If you have questions they will take the time to explain things to you.
