Working for NSW is more than just a job. A career in NSW Government is for people who want to make a tangible and lasting difference in our community.

The locations are really nice, very fancy and new offices. Parramatta is kinda far to go. Dress code is pretty chill, business shirts and slacks for most guys, but as long as you look put together it's fine. Lots of dyed hair, piercings and tattoos.
The physical work environment is great, with really good facilities. We have sit-stand desks, as well as spaces to relax, rest, eat lunch, and connect with others, which makes the workplace feel comfortable and supportive. The location is also convenient and easy to access. The dress code is generally smart casual, but it can lean more towards casual.
The building I work in is a little bit outdated compared to some of the new Government buildings. I work in the CBD whereas most grads are in Parramatta. The dress code is formal business attire.
