Plenty o ways to progress from a graduate roll
Yeah there is a lot of promotion possibilities and pathways, you will likely just end up where they have a need for you in the business, but they are very accommodating, I am doing four rotations, so FP&A, Tax, Financial accounting, and my fourth rotation through the Corp development (M&A) team, which you get to pick as a fourth rotation, other grads picked marketing as a rotation or fertilizer and ended up working in those teams.
I have selected 7 because I am not fully across what it takes to move up the ranks of the company and I am not certain of my aspirations yet. I can say that the Nutrien graduate program has provided an excellent foundation on which to build a successful career and has provided plenty of opportunities to advance my skills in the workplace, making me more capable and employable.
