Everyone is super nice, great work environment, especially in FP&A, because of WFH not a lot of out of work socialising, but they take you out to restaurant's sometimes which is nice.
My workplace has an excellent culture. Brenton and wade are the "bosses", with wade taking care of the sales/accounts side and Brenton covering the sales/agronomy side of the business. the two other agronomists work with Brenton, wade and the staff at the front desk to provide comprehensive service to the clients working with the business. all staff work well together and are friendly outside of work.
everyone gets along at work as for outside of work everyone would say hello to everyone if they saw them at the pub but not everyone would stay and chat if that makes sense. I personally would say hello and cha to everyone in the workplace
