The interview process was very well explained by the HR talent attraction partner that I was dealing with. I enjoyed the continuity of dealing with one person. The interviews themselves were all online without issue. There was a technical soil test interpretation and a few technical questions about agronomy and dealing with clients which are all very applicable to my role now.

Interview process was good and assessments realistically gave an understanding of what sort of knowledge was required in the position
Initial interview was with a bot. Second interview was online and involved a scenario assessment. I thought this process was very good. Final interview was inperson and was mostly standard interview questions. I was very happy that Nutrien did not use minigames in the recruitment process. Every minigame I played for other jobs had nothing to do with the job itself and were quite obviously there to remove anyone with a learning or intellectual disability, or those who did not have English as their first language.
