Pretty straight forward, called about the role then organized an interview
I had an interview with kara Byrant and Brett Hay, I liked the interview as it was conducted by my potential managers and it helped as they could answer the questions that I had about the role.
Pretty standard, psychometric tests, first round of interviews were with senior analysts from tax & FP&A and second round of interviews were with the head of Australian FP&A and the head of tax.
Overall the experience was very good, I was provided with contacts to speak to should I have any questions,
the only thing I did not like was the online question videos. As I don't think it is a good measurer of people
