Compensation is alright for a graduate role, probably adequately paid for what I do for them.
I receive my $68,000 base salary plus $8000 superannuation. I feel that the pay is fairly low but given that I am in a graduate position, it is understandable. I receive $100/week rental subsidy also which is a big help. My employer will pay for my transport and accommodation to conferences.
