So, you can work 2 days from home a week which is chill, barely do any overtime, overall pretty good
I work from 8am until 5pm from Monday to Friday which I am perfectly comfortable with. My employer is also happy with me spending time at another nutrien store or workshop/conference to continue to advance my learning, should I be away from work for a few days. My employer is also happy to accommodate my requests for personal leave within reason.
