Overall, I found the Oliver Wyman interview process to be challenging, yet highly rewarding and insightful. The process was quite competitive, consisting of multiple rounds that tested a broad range of both quantitative and qualitative abilities. The rounds included a mix of case interviews and behavioral interviews, designed to assess not only technical proficiency but also interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to structure complex problems.
