Oliver Wyman is committed to CSR through both pro-bono consulting and local community engagement. Employees are encouraged to participate in charity events, volunteering, and sustainability initiatives, including supporting non-profit organisations and social impact projects. While I have not worked on any of these initiatives personally - I have seen this reflected in the work of my colleagues.
