We were sent overseas to the company's head office in Amsterdam for 3 weeks for training immediately after joining. The whole time was spent learning about the core trading business from zero to everything we needed to know. Ongoing mentoring support is good, with weekly 1:1 manager meetings across the whole company. These are a good opportunity for coaching or general feedback and technical discussions.
There is a 5 week training program in Amsterdam for graduates to pick up the dev skills and industry knowledge required to operate in your role. There's also continuous training provided after this program has finished and you're part of your team. When you start on your team, you're given time to onboard and do easier tasks until you've picked up the knowledge required to work on larger projects. There are frequent 1 on 1s with your manager where they give feedback and there are half-yearly performance reviews where more in-depth feedback is provided.
Great training program with educators who's main job is to help you. Once you get out of the grad program and onto desk after three months, the team teach you everything else that you need to know. Great environment for learning
2 weeks for options theory, and 1 week Dev training. Though be more if you're joining straight as a grad. Mentor feedback is direct and very constructive.
