At Optus, we're more than a telco. We're a team of problem solvers and innovaters who put people at the heart of everything we do.

While exact promotion requirements aren't entirely clear, it's quite easy to talk to people, research, and find the information out. The opportunities provided are typically quite numerous and there appears to be plenty of possibilities to move horizontally if things aren't the best fit.
You do get an entry level position after the grad program which is great, although people do say it can be hard to move beyond that level. Optus is very top heavy, but generally, people genuinely want to help you succeed.
They do not incentivise promotions, rolling into a sales role means a reduction on base due to commissions which I think is very unfair. Also if you roll off early you may not be paid as much as if you roll off at the end of the program, which is unfair as you are chosen to roll off early then it proves you are worth the money
